Returns Policy

Returns Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Au Domaine Sport
  • Are in their original condition
  • Show no signs of use or assembly
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Nutritional supplements
  • Custom-made or personalized equipment
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products with removed or damaged safety seals

Return Process

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RAN and original receipt in the package
  5. Ship the item to our return center at 35 George St, Marrickville NSW 2204, Australia

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item
  • We will notify you about the status of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 2-5 business days to process

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For faulty items, we will reimburse return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items received damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange collection at our expense
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided

Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple items:

  • We accept returns of individual items
  • Refunds will be processed only for returned items
  • Bundle discounts may be adjusted on remaining items

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • Must be requested within the 30-day return period
  • Item must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
